• What methods of payment do you accept? We currently accept PAYPAL and the following credit cards through PAYPAL: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  

• Is my personal information secure?Aside from providing excellent cosmetics, your security is our top priority. Credit card payments are encrypted through SSL. This is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.
• How do you ship? We ship via USPS.

• How long is processing? Processing takes about 3-5 business days (this time frame does not including shipping time). Processing is done Monday-Friday. Friday and weekend orders will be up for processing the following Monday.

• Do you offer local pick-up for the 757 area? No, not unless otherwise stated or promoted.

• What are the shelf life of your products? 6 months-12 months, and as always please remember to store your products in a cool, dry place.
